New acne medication and myths about acne

Infrared saunas are also known as infrared cabins because they are usually a wooden box or a small wooden room. The rooms contain infrared heaters simulating the effect of a traditional sauna because of the cabin but the heaters provide the actual infrared therapy.
Externally applied creams are also proven effective for acne treatment. However, it results to drying and flaking but it is said to be the most effective treatment for severe acne. Benzoyl peroxide is one very common and effective topical acne treatment.
This treatment is definitely not for sensitive skin and it can take many months to reverse any damage that is done to your skin.
